Documentation of each property to be worked on:

- Property visit report.

- Property life sheet.

- Photographic presentation report of the condition of each property.

- Technical visit reports: Detailed status of each building and construction activities and technical intervention activities to be carried out in each area per project.

- Determining construction budgets based on required activities and design proposals tailored to the needs of each registry office.

- Development of architectural plans of the current state and proposal for the design of the work and furniture: Drawing up plans of buildings in their current state for remodeling, with delivery of plans of the current state and proposal for the development of works and installation of general furniture and large-scale archives in different cities in Colombia, including the preparation of plans for roofs, ceilings, general furniture and large-scale rolling archives, location of different types of lighting and details of the work depending on each case and need.
